If you are struggling with day-to-day life, due (at least in part) to an attention deficit, you have come to the right place. Having ADHD is like having a race car fast brain, only with bicycle strength brakes. My coaching practice will help you accept and appreciate the gifts and benefits of having a lighting quick mind, while also helping you to strengthen and engage your brakes when appropriate. This is what is meant by improving your executive functioning.
I have over twenty years of coaching experience as a teacher and elementary school principal, as well as an intimate understanding of the psychological toll that comes from a lifetime of living with ADHD. I am naturally empathetic, and I get to know each of my clients from a strengths-based perspective. My coaching superpower is my ability to offer challenging feedback, framed in research, in a way that clients are able to hear and put to practical use in their lives.
If you are willing to be open, honest, and put in some hard work, I'm confident we will do some great work together.
